Overview
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a order confirmation as a proof of purchase.
Return
Return shipping cost is paid by the customer. To receive the necessary information you must contact our customer service before making the return. Specify your request and make sure to provide your order number. If returned items are shipped internationally, clearly mark the package returned goods to avoid any custom charges. Send your parcel with your preferred transportation partner. You are responsible for the package until it reaches us, for this reason, we recommend that you send the package with a tracking option. The initial shipment cost will not be refunded. Refunds will be made once the return has been received and approved by us. You will be refunded with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Exchanges
Replacement of goods is handled as a return. You return the items you want to exchange and place a new order at Francisvolano.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Damaged product
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will replace the product without delay. Contact our support and we will assist you.
Warranty
We offer a warranty that is valid one year from the date of the purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing errors, not normal wear and tear. It is not valid if the damage is caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents.
