Overview
These general terms governs your purchases and your use of francisvolano.com and forms a contract between you and Volano Fashion Group AB, reg.no 559243-2974. Hereinafter (“Volano Fashion Group,” “we,” “us” or “our”).  We are a company which designs, produces and markets jewelry and accessories through our online store. Please make sure that you have read and understood the general terms when using our site.

Confirmation
By making a purchase and using Francisvolano.com you have agreed to these general terms. Once we have received your order we will send a confirmation to your email address. It is therefore important that you enter the correct email address when placing your order. 
The order confirmation also serves as proof of purchase. All products remain in our property until full payment is made. If you do not receive an order confirmation, please contact the customer service before placing a new order.

Personal information
When shopping at Francisvolano.com we will save some of your data to fulfill your purchase. We treat all personal information confidential. You can read more about how we use personal data and cookies here.

Site and product information
We reserve the right for any printing errors on the website. We also reserves the right to change prices, and correct incorrect prices on all orders, campaigns as well as final sales and cancel the purchase to refund any amount paid. We do not guarantee that we can deliver all the items you ordered. Should it be that a product can not be delivered, we will refund the corresponding amount without delay. Prices, delivery and payment methods may be different depending on where you live.
Volano Fashion Group has the right to change product information such as product pictures without notice. The pictures may differ depending on lighting conditions and the color settings in your device. Volano Fashion Group reserves the right to terminate your account and/or your use of Francisvolano.com at its sole discretion, for example due to suspected breach of these terms of use. Such termination can be made without prior notice.

Payment
You can choose to pay by credit card, debit card or PayPal. Your card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by anyone other than your bank. The accepted cards are VISA, MasterCard and American Express.


Taxes
All the prices include VAT and duties according to Swedish regulations. The prices do not include the shipping cost. When purchasing products at Francisvolano.com delivery to non-EU countries, local taxes and fees may apply. It is your responsibility as a customer to pay any additional taxes and fees that may occur.

Delivery
We ship worldwide. All orders are shipped from Sweden and dispatched within 24h (bussniess days).

Warranty
We offer a warranty that is valid one year from the date of the purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing errors, not normal wear and tear. It is not valid if the damage is caused by incorrect usage and/or accidents. Make sure you contact our customer service as soon as the manufacturing error has been discovered. When contacting the customer service, please specify your name, address, order number and a detailed description of the issue. We also need a photo clearly showing the defect.

Damaged or incorrect product
If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will replace the product in question without delay. Contact customer service and we will assist you.

Return & exchange
We offer a 30 days return policy. Return shipping is paid by the consumer. In order for the return to be approved, the returned item must be in a unchanged condition. Return delivered goods by contacting our customer service within 30 days from receiving the goods. The goods must be unpacked and in the same condition as when you received them. Refunds will be made once the return has been received and approved by us. You will be refunded with the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
Make sure that the goods you want to return are well protected in order to avoid breaking during the transport. You as a customer are responsible for the returned goods.

Replacement of goods is handled as a return. You return the items you want to exchange and place a new order in our store.

Force majeure
Volano Fashion Group shall not be held responsible for damages and other penalties on the performance of the contract prevented, hindered or delayed by circumstances beyond our control.

The acts, decrees, legislation, regulations or restrictions of any government. earthquake, fire, explosion, storm, flood, subsidence, epidemic or other natural disaster, war, labor disturbance, prohibitions, restrictions, sabotage, poor transport or weather conditions or lack of delivery from suppliers, or criminal activity. In such circumstances Volano Fashion Group will notify you and take reasonable steps to minimise any delay.
